My girl and I would eat sushi at her old work. We were friends with the head sushi chef and we would eat whatever he made for us. Its called omakase which is translated as "today's delicious one; I leave it to you," but it literally means "entrusting" and if written on a menu means "putting your trust in the chef." So yeah he would give us the best cuts of fish. oh man its so good and super fresh.

The thing is that we had sushi very rarely. Its ment to be eaten as a celebration. Its not something that you can have every weekend. At least not for Japanese people.

Oh yeah, just to let you people know, california rolls or any kind of roll IS NOT sushi. Its not even Japanese. So dont pose!
