Love that movie. One of the best representations of the 70's I've seen. I don't have very many "favorite movies", but that is definitely.

My mom's said the same thing about how spot on that flick is. I just love it as a movie. Definitely one of my faves. You got a bummer ending that ain't too sentimental, a rage factor of 10 when the kids bust up their school, and tons of funny shit going on along the way. It's kind of like a John Singleton flick for bad kids.

Such a scorching soundtrack, too. Van Halen, Cheap Trick, Ramones...This was 1979, mind you. Someone was actually paying attention.
