my mom was all about hating all of my music, from wu-tang and cypress hill in elementary to punk and metal in high school. my dad was a minister up until i was like 16 but was into black sabbath did alot of drugs as a kid so in his eyes i was just a square either way and he kind of left me alone about music.

Whoa shit! Your Dad was a minister?! Crazy. My friends would be so fucking scared to come to my house and pick me up for shows. My Dad would scare the shit outta them and tell them to leave. They would then wait outside in the car, and my Dad would come out and tell them to leave. They all told other kids at shows that my Dad was a strict Muslim. Not true, but not far from the truth...
