No one on here cares about this thread...
I predicted the San Jose Sharks to win the cup this year but they choked... For like the 3rd year in a row.
Finals matches I think would be awesome: Ducks vs Penguins Blackhawks vs Capitals Bruins vs Red Wings/Ducks With the way the Ducks have been playing it's hard to see them not in the Stanley Cup Finals this year. On the East the same could be said of the Boston Bruins. The Red Wings are probably Brett's favorite hockey team because they're good every year.

I read that this morning. I'm guessing that might be the "Second Toronto Team" that was rumored in the beginning of the year.
I always forget his name but the head of the NHL said other sports would think the NHL was a joke if they tried to go into another market. They had a ton of expansions throughout the 90s, so that's probably why. He said the best place to go with another team and the only place to go would be Toronto with a second team because the hockey market in Toronto is bigger than any city in North America.

i support hockey just dont follow it.
in my childhood i use to go with carl horton to gulls games all the time. seeing that one dude not play hockey and just fight was fucking igno. name was like toothless or some ignorant nickname. just dont remember, def. missing teeth for sure though.

like anything he played he was already a fucking star. he use to even fucking race bmx and had a retarded amount of trophy's at that young age.

Yeah for real. Erick Morgan was actually on that team too. Ugh. Carl made everyone on our team and any team we played look retarded. He could out skate and outplay anyone and was a strong guy.
Last I heard he went to Canada to play in some kind of junior league but ended up moving back home when he got his GF pregnant here in SD. T/F?

I saw him maybe a year or two ago. I passed by the Wamu by his house and he just honked and waved at me so I wasn't sure what he was up to.
San Diego needs an NHL team but I doubt we will ever see one here since the Ducks are so close.
