Seriously, I'm still at a loss for words since Saturday's show. I'm stunned that we didn't play it, especially since it was at the last minute, and especially because of what it was - the Chula Vista Hardcore Fest. The Chula Vista scene has always been extremely supportive of Amenity - not only now and in the 80's, but also during the years we didn't exist. There couldn't have been a worse time for that to happen. I've been onstage a lot, but that was the most uncomfortable time I've ever been onstage, explaining that we wouldn't be playing. We apologize for what happened and are going to do whatever we can to make it up.

What exactly happened? If it's personal or something don't post it.

SETTING THE RECORD STRAIGHT......THANKS TO ALL WHO ATTENDED THE CV HARDCORE FEST! UNFORTUNATELY OUR DRUMMER, BARRY FELL ILL THAT NIGHT WITH THE STOMACH FLU AND COULD NOT PERFORM. WE FELT STRONGLY THAT PLAYING WITHOUT ANY ORIGINAL MEMBER WOULD NOT BE AMENITY! PLEASE LOOK OUT FOR OUR 10'' SHINE EP OUT ON GRAVITY RECORDS SOON!
