I think I have it. I don't know if I'm willing to dig through my boxes though. I never unpacked my DVD's or CD's the last time I moved. I remember two demos. That one I believe just came in a slip CD cover with some lyrics. The later one (2006?) had different songs and was in a slim CD jewel case with a single front cover and lyrics.
