anyone want to split a practice space in mira mesa?

the little kids i'm playing music with decided that fifty bucks a month is too much money to rock, id like to keep the space if for nothing else to be able to play my drums once or twice a week. the rent is 250 a month, the room is air conditioned. the only downside is that the place isn't 24 hours. it closes at twelve am. if any one is down or knows some one who is, hit me up here or pm for my email

I'm a couple doors down from Ken. It's a good spot. Adult Crash, Excellent Covers, and Amenity have practiced in their for about 5 years. Never had a problem with anybody - bands or management. I've come to like the idea of no 24 access now because who knows who could hanging out at 3 am.

the answer to that would be me and kenneth super drunk after someone called the cops on us at his apt right when i was going home to go to sleep but instead it just made us all belligerent and be like FUCK THEM THEY CANT STOP US FROM DRINKING

the above two posts are all true.
yeah if another band went in on it with me i could probably convince my non baller ass bandmates to split the rent between two bands which would divide the rent up 6 to 7 ways depending on the amount of members in your group. which would make it 35-40 bucks per band member. not a bad deal for a consistent place to practice. get at me if youre into this cuz i wanna keep the spot, i may take a chance and craiglist it if gets too close to november but id rather share it with people with in the "community" i at least vaguely know
